You’ve made good nutritional choices to fuel your fire 🔥 you’ve increased your strength 💪 and self discipline. So proud of the NTKA community and looking forward to watching you crush your goals!

For the 2024 tournament season we are going to attend TKO north region, check out the divisions and rules, lots of opportunities to compete.
