In addition to our regular classes, we are excited to announce a new option for Adult martial art training on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15-6 pm.

Intermediate Adults also have additional sparring time available 10 am to 11:30 am on Saturdays, and the level up training at 9:15 am.
